The experience of decades of fiber artistry goes into every project.

It started when I was five and wanted to knit a skirt for my Barbie doll. By ten, my mother purchased a White sewing machine just for me! Her Necchi was too complicated to learn on because it operated with cams. In junior high home-ec, I made a lined seer sucker suit. Right, what kid needs a suit at age 12, let alone matching up the plaid at every seam? By 14, we dedicated a room to artistic endeavors called the Creative Room, and from there anything was possible.

I probably should have pursued a career in the textile industry, but the broader world captured my professional interests. All the while, textiles and fibers have been at the core of my nature and focus of my personal time. From hand needlework, to tailoring a wardrobe of business suits with kick pleats, to designing fair isle sweaters in eighteen colors. All contributed to an arc of skill development and deep understanding of fibers and textiles. My longarm quilting is a synthesis of decades of design, construction, and finishing. The best part is helping others achieve their objectives. Anything is still possible.

Pearl Quilting brings it all. Let’s do something!
